1. Logos & Usage

Logo

  • The IMBARU logo may be used in black or white only, on a background with ≥ 5.4:1 contrast.
  • Do not edit, modify, cover, distort, recolor, skew, animate, or apply effects to the logo.
  • Maintain clear space on all sides equal to the height of the letter 'M' in the logo.

Symbol

  • The IMBARU symbol may be used in black, white, or red, on a background with ≥ 5.4:1 contrast.
  • Do not edit, modify, cover, distort, recolor, skew, animate, or apply effects to the symbol.
  • Maintain a square clear space on all sides equal to 1/3 the width of the symbol.

2. Text Usage

The IMBARU name and product line names (e.g., ORIGIN, PULSE) should appear in ALL-CAPS and IMBARU Red (#FF144F). White or black may be used if required for contrast or readability.

3. Legal

IMBARU, ORIGIN, PULSE, the “RAVEN” iconography, and all other IMBARU marks and brand assets (collectively, “IMBARU Marks”) are the exclusive property of IMBARU CORP. Use of IMBARU Marks is permitted only as explicitly allowed here and only with written permission from IMBARU for all other uses.

Permitted Use (DO)

You may:

  • Use IMBARU Marks to refer to IMBARU or its products in editorial, educational, or descriptive content.
  • Use IMBARU Marks on digital assets only, and without implying endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by IMBARU.
  • Follow all rules in this Brand Kit when using any IMBARU Marks.

Prohibited Use (DON'T)

You may NOT:

  • Do not use IMBARU Marks in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement by IMBARU without explicit permission.
  • Do not alter, modify, or create derivative works of IMBARU Marks without permission.
  • Do not use IMBARU Marks in a manner that is misleading or defamatory.
  • Use IMBARU Marks or Brand Assets on merchandise or any commercially sold products or packaging.
  • Create, register, or use domain names, trademarks, logos, product names, or brand language that could be confused with IMBARU Marks.
  • Copy or imitate any IMBARU brand style, design language, or identity elements beyond what is explicitly permitted here.

By using any IMBARU Marks or Brand Assets, you acknowledge and agree to follow these terms. IMBARU may revoke permission or restrict use at any time.
