We wanted to send a quick status update following our last note around materials and timelines. There isn't any hype, simply just where things stand.
Uplink: Final Fulfillment
Uplink has been moving through final production and fulfillment, and we’re in the last stretch.
All Uplink orders will ship by the end of this week.
Once those packages are out the door, we’ll be shifting our production bandwidth back where most of you have been watching closely.
Raven: Run 2 Transition
As we wrap Uplink, our team will be transitioning production capacity into Raven Run 2.
We know there’s been a lot of attention on timing - especially after the earlier updates around materials. Here’s what we can share:
- The V15 supply issues are sorted for Raven.
- That material constraint is no longer the blocker it was previously.
We’re not announcing dates yet, because we want to protect accuracy over urgency - but we are moving along deliberately and Run 2 is actively moving into place.
Lead Time Adjustments
We’ve taken feedback seriously - from the first Raven release and from the Uplink launch - and we’re adjusting how we handle lead times going forward.
Our goal is simple:
We’d rather Raven ship quickly after you place your order than treat it like a long pre-order cycle.
To do that, we’re working to reduce post-order production time, which may mean a bit more waiting before orders open (so we can stage more work upfront). It’s a trade-off, and we’ll be watching feedback closely after Raven Run 2 to make sure we’re choosing the right model.
